Remove /blog plugin

On subdirectory installs of WPMU, a /blog is added to the permalink structure of the main blog. The e-book explains why it is there, and how to use the included plugin to strip it out.

This plugin is compatible with both the Simple Multi-Site plugin and Advanced Domain Mapping plugin. It is also compatible with Buddypress as long as the site is not using a Buddypress home theme on the main blog. It should be compatible with any plugin that is compatible with domain mapping, however we have not attempted to test this plugin with every available plugin for WP/WPMU.
