Super cache

Donncha is smokin’ at it again, this time with WP Super Cache. It creates actual HTML files and places them in physical directories that mimic the permalink sturcture, and it does this for non-logged in users. Apparently in testing, pages that were Digged or Slashdotted barely even blipped on the server.
